Hi,

As the weather is getting warmer for many people their freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong. If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing then check out the last two tips.

If your refrigerator is running but warm, then…

Check out this tip that I wrote about that... it is a great place to start trouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then calling a repair person to do a simple thing for you...

How to disconnect

Hi,
To disconnect ....remove the kickplate...after turning off the electric and water...remove the electric wire from the dishwasher by opening the e;electric box and undoing the wires...also remove the water pipe/hose from the inlet valve...then remove the drain hose from the drain and makes sure that it will not catch as you pull out the dishwasher...then remove the two screws that hold the dishwasher fast to the countertop and the pull the dishwasher straight out from under the countertop...

It just stop clooing i have cleand and vacumed every thing under the unit its starded to work for a week and now it just stoped again thanks jerry

the condenser located underneath is choked already with accumuated dirts.you could not removed all those accumulated dirts under the units sir,to do it , unplug your unit tilt it backward, in a safe angle,or remove the back cover of the unit, you can have a full view of the condensing tube, sometimes it gets clogged with your pets hair or accumulated household dirts, clean it and be a little bit carefull to avoid damaging any part.

Not drying and vent hose is wet in the inside gas comes on!

You have what I call a humidification problem and there is probably something clogged up in the hole in the wall to wherever it goes outside. It could also be that the dryer is TOO CLOSE to the wall.
PLEASE NOTE: If the HOT air that the dryer creates is restricted from exiting the dryer, the dryer WILL NOT HEAT PROPERLY.
If you have a CLOO in the ventilation system, the heat will try to get out and it cannot. The distance from the dryer to wherever the CLOG is could bu SUCH that this clog will creat a humidification factor that actually creates humidity and all seems wet.

Hallo there i have an error code 10-389on docucolor12

The code refers to a paper jam in the fuser, although this may not be technically correct, the fuser heats the paper and melts the toner if this process is comprmised it may slow the progress of the paper through the fuser. Try the 3 links below see if they help, if necessary power down the printer and disconnect the plug for 2 minutes to reset the sensors

Placing a refrigerator in the garage

IF YOUR GARAGE TEMP GOES BELOW 35 THE REF MAY NOT WORK WELL BECAUSE MOST REF HAVE THE THERMOSTAT AS THE REF CONTROL. THE TEMP IN THE BOX IS SENSED AT THAT POINT AND SHUTS OFF, THE REF SEEM TO WORK BUT THE FREEZER WILL WARM UP.
IF YOU WANT TO USE A REF IN THE GARAGE, FIND ONE THAT HAS THE THERMOSTAT CONTROL AS THE FREZER CONTROL. LOOK AT THE CONTROLS, THE ONE THAT HAS AN OFF POSITION IS THE CONTROL THAT IS THE THERMOSTAT. SO, THE FREZER CONTROL SHOULD SAY "OFF" SOME NEWER REF WITH FULL ELECTROINIC CONTROLS MAY WORK AS THEY HAVE INDIVIDUAL SENSORS FOR BOTH THE REF AND FREEZER SECTIONS.
