Where do i find the wireless connection button on a vaio

Maybe you don't have your wireless turned on. Look onboth sides and in front for the Wireless Switch and turn it on.

Also once the wireless switch is turned on there are keystrokes that can togglethe wireless on or off. Normally you would Press and Hold the FN functionkey located at the lower left of the keyboard, then hit the correct F1 thru F12key that toggles the wireless. The correct F1 thru F12 key to hit willhave the wireless signal icon )))) on it. Or it might have the icon of a towerwith the wireless signal icon )))). Normally the screen will displayWireless On or Wireless Off when you toggle the wireless.
Some laptops don't have wireless buttons. You toggle it by the keystrokes described above. If there is a wireless button it will be located above the keyboard, on the sides or in front of the laptop.
According to your manual, the wireless switch is on the side of the laptop. See page 15 of the manual. I have provided a link below for the manual.

How do i turn on the wireless

Hi,

Good day, you can switch on your wireless by hitting the wireless switch located in front of your laptop. The switch is located prior to the right speaker, after the bluetooth switch. You can fold your laptop to avoid confusion and then lift it up like a sandwich facing you, with taht you'll be able to see the button/switches I am referring to. Hope this help you a bit. Have a great day. By the way it will give you a pop up message saying that you have enable or turn on the wireless.

Wear is the wireless button on ac er aspire 5738z?

Good day,

The wireless switch or button on your notebook will allow you to connect to a wireless network, or when not connected, save battery power by turning off the wireless network adapter.
The wireless switch or button can be identified by having the following icon on or next to it:
icon_wireless.png or icon_wireless_dish.png Depending on which Acer model you have, this switch or button may be found in different locations.
  1. Just above the function keys (F1-F12)
  2. On the forward most edge of the notebook
Keep me posted!

The wireless network won't connect

Yes, the switch is at the back.

The LifeBook S is equipped with a Wi-Fi (802.11b) receiver; the antennas are inside a long, black plastic panel that runs along the top edge of the lid. The wireless receiver's on/off switch is on the back of the notebook, where the power switch was located in earlier models. Meanwhile, the power switch has moved to a more convenient location on the side of the unit, next to the FireWire port.

Wireless LAN/ Bluetooth ON/OFF Switch
The switch allows you to turn on and off the Wireless LAN/ Bluetooth communications. Slide the switch to the right to turn it on, or slide the switch to the left to turn it off.

try to look for a wireless switch on the computer. Sometimes, the wireless switch is located on the side or on top of the function keys (it sometimes shows as a slide switch or a button with a radio signal/ radio waves).

You can try to contact your computer manufacturer to ask where the wireless switch on the computer is located.
