I bought my printer at a going out of business sale and it did not come with the software. The Epson site has drivers; however; since the product is discontinued, it does not have the software disc. Do you know where I can get one?

Try unplugging the printer, uninsta the drivers for the printer (from device manager), restarting the PC then installing the drivers (obtained from Epson web site). At some stage, the software will tell you to plug in your printer and turn it on. If it doesn't, plug in the printer after the driver install has completed. Good luck. Regards Zahc
Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
Your epson scan software is most likely corrupted or there is another application consuming the memory on your pc. Try uninstalling the software and reinstalling. If this does not fix the issue, then you have another application on your pc causing you issues.
The epson scanner will not appear in your scanners and cameras in the control panel, this is one of the known funnies with windows and most manufacturers know about it. the create their own interface which you can find through you program files under epson scan.
Actually what i can suggest is that for you to try printing from a different application, such as microsoft word or paint. try printng a landscape image. now if its going to print it correctly call adobe since that might be an application issue. thanks for using fixya!!
