Run the printers maintenance software and run the align print head option and the run the clean print head option and check again and see if the streaking is still occurring.
there is no corona wire but a primary charging roller pls clean it if both ends of the roller looks rough or cracky try replacing it and clean transfer roller as well.
So let's deal with one problem at a time here. Your document feeder that is jamming. Ok try this first. Open the top cover, with a can of compressed air blow it out good. ( You should put a towel over the glass to keep the dust from getting in down on the mirrors. ) After blowing out the feeder clean all the rubber rollers you see with a soft damp cloth. If the rollers and sep pad have never been replaced they may need to be. The rollers need to be replace about every 60k, so if your copier has a lot of copies on the meter its a good bet the rollers may need to be replaced. This is a common problem and part of routine maintenance. The printer off line mean that the copier has lost contact with the computer. If it is losing connection off and on I would check the network cable for a lose connection, also check the router or switch box maybe going bad and at the computer. Try reconnecting the cable to see if it reconnects with the copier, this might help pin pointing where it is losing connection.
Do you have dadf installed? If Yes run a copie from it and second from platen glass. If you have lines on dadf copy but not on copie from glass, you should very good clean the left narrow glass (dadf glass). But if you have lines on both copies you should check/ replace drum unit, but be sure thath fixing film unit is ok.
clean the narrow glass which is previous to bigger one, using a cloth dampened with water.
Even though the problem is not solved, clean the charger Roller with a dampened cloth. allow the chagrer Roller to dry. and then you can try to take copies.
Most likely your drum unit is worn out. If it reaches the yield of 50k or more, it starts to develop grooves in the drum and toner gets stuck in the groove and is applied to your pages. If you have a service company, they can change it for you. We sell the drum for $220.
