Starter sounds weak and sputter-y when trying to start car on a slight hill. but not when it's parked flat.

Set the parking brake first, then put it in park, when you kill it. That way the parking brake is holding it, not the tranny. See if it makes any difference? Also, check proper voltage and ground for the starter motor.

How do i install the very small cd for my webcam 1H-3W00DB with only a large CD-ROM drive? is there free software anywhere on line i can inall instead? thank you. teri r.

Open the tray on your CD-ROM device.
Look closely -- this is a circular depression in the center of the tray,
which is _exactly_ designed to hold a mini-size CD-disk.

Or, if your computer is a "slot-loading" device, i.e., there is no slide-out tray, there is just a slot into which you insert the CD, like putting a coin into a parking-meter, then you need an alternate approach:
* find a friend with a CD-ROM device _with_ that tray.
* copy all the files from the CD-disk onto a USB memory-stick.
* move the memory-stick back to your computer.
* install from the files on the memory-stick.

There is no parking brake, and "park" does not hold. it is a 1990 cruise air lll on a john deere chassis with a ford 460 engine.

The parking brake is activated by the shift lever. There is no parking paw in the transmission on these John Deere Chassis motor homes. The parking brake is the type that works a brake on the drive shaft. I ran into the same problem and just put a line lock on the brake line.

98 Grand Cherokee severly jolts in turns.

Generally, changing the boot over the joint is already too late to make a difference. The boot keeps out road contamination which will quickly cause the joint to fail. Putting in new grease and changing the boot will not repair the joint.

Power Steering fluid is running out ..... putting bottle in and it is gone after 20 mile ride .... line of it running out when I back into parking garage

Your best bet would be to trace the lines down and find out where the leak is coming from and replace that part, your power steering lines run from the resivour to the power steering pump, run by a belt, then down the the steering gear rack. there is a supply line, and a return line.

good luck

Different power receptacle on console

i have heaps of experience with xbox 360s and putting a diff power surply even worse modifying one that doesnt fit into it will cause a fake ring of death wich means it looks exactly like the fatal 3 red flashing lights (ring of death) but is repairable by putting the correct power pack back in, but also ive had cases where the power surply made no difference, very rare as it is that it will work you may have a chance, id get onto there surport line and explain to them wat happened they should help you out
