Try to power it off and remove the batteries as well and after that fix the battery and restart ..it is probably in a stage of stand by and it do not have the ability to get back from it ..This operation should fix it ..
if it still do the same you have to power off for good..and try to restore it when it opens..bu pressing the boot menu F8 and boot from the recovery disk or recovery partition ..
If you do not have any of that ..you need a boot-able operation system installer disk ..and reinstall the operation system ..and format the C drive during it ..
after that download the drivers from asus support site and install them and it is just like new..
