Hi I have a Goldstar dedumidifier DH305Y7 and it is collecting the water up inside instead of it draining into the bucket. Any ideas???

If you coil for condensing the water out of the air is frozen it may cause the water to drip and bypass the drain collector. The frozen coil would be from running it with to low humidity or to high a setting.
