Hi there! I recently purchased 2 Phillips Go Gear SA018 mp3 players, and I have the same problem on both of them...they don't switch on...any tips on that, please!? maybe I don't really figure how...

I have just purchased one and have the same problem. It charges with an orange light that doesnt turn green and then goes out when unplugged and then doesnt switch on. Pressed button over and over.
Did you resolve yours? If so how?

I have a Philips Jukebox HDD120 (20 GB) Digital Media Player and i would like to know if its software is compatible with the new Windows7 software? I don't wanna start and loose everything on it...

According to Philips:
The player does not support Windows 7.

It is because the player was designed before the release of newer technologies such as Windows 7. Given the technological design, a driver for making the player to support Window 7 is not possible.

The player supports Windows 2000, XP and Vista.

H.E.L.P!!!!!!!!!!!! PUHLEZE!!!!!

I had the same problem with mine. All you have to do is search these keywords: Virgin, MPF-1000, Driver, Download

When you search those keywords you should have quite a few options to download the drivers needed. Anyway, here are a few links to the software and/or drivers needed for you to be able to get your Virgin Pulse MPF-1000 working. (This download website is in Spanish for those of you that can only read/speak in Spanish)

That will be all you need to do. Once you have installed the driver, plug the MP3 into the USB. Once you plug it in the autoplay should come up and just go from there. Please let me know if this solves your problem.

Thank You & God Bless,

Display don´t work, the back light, radio, mp3 player work perfect, a change the battery but is the same....

You can try getting the firmware/drivers here - Installing those over everything might solve it, but most chances that it won't. You probably won't find anyone that would fix it for you(techs don't like wasting time working on these little things), so think if you wan't to risk loosing the functionality you have now before opening it up.
