SOURCE: Nikon AF 35-135 lens

Did the only the lens drop or was the lens attached to the camera body? If the lens was attached to the camera, you need to verify that the problem is in fact the lens and not the camera body. The easiest way to do that is to try a different lens on your camera body or your lens on a different body. If you do not have access to either, I would find a local camera store that sells Nikon equipment. I am sure they will let you put your lens on one of there bodies. In any case, ff the damage is as extensive as it sounds from your brief description, you need to take it to a camera repair man. This is not a do-it-yourself job.

SOURCE: Nikon FA will not advance. Meter will not give reading.

Nikon Fa advance lever loose.

Not used camera for a few years and set to M250 mode due to not having batteries, Advanced lever once to test, advanced one, then pulled lever back for another test.

Lever then feels lifeless and has no resistance to being moved. it will not take a picture even with batteries. any Idea what the problem is?

SOURCE: Nikon FA depth of field preview lever sticky

The small lever on the inside of the mirror box is what controls the aperture. If the lever on the outside is sticking, it would only hold the lever on the inside down so you would be stopped down all the time. You can try a small amount of lighter fluid at the base of the outside lever and work it back and forth to see if it would free up.

SOURCE: i would like a 35-105 or 35-135 lens for my nikon

The F90X can use just about any Nikon-mount lens made in the past half-century, with the exception of lenses specifically designed for digital cameras with smaller sensors.

Nikon currently makes two 24-120mm lenses:

Among older lenses there are autofocus 24-120mm, 28-105mm, 35-105mm lenses:

There are a number of third-party lenses as well, from makers such as Sigma, Tamron, and Tokina.

I HAVE A SOLIGOR 2X CONVERTER AND I NEED A NIKON ADAPTER IS SUCH A THING AVALIBLE

There are a lot of adopter rings available. But most will turn the combination into a MF lens. Most non Nikon tele convertors, only can be used in MF when put on a Nikon camera, so I don't think you lose a lot when you find a Soligor Nikon adopter ring.

Soligor C / D 7 2X MIRROR CONVERTER TO NIKON MOUNT

The Soligor C / D 7 is a tele convertor. If you want to use it on a Nikon, I hope you have the correct connection. Your question implies you are planning to using this with a mirror lens. Most miss or lenses, come with f/1:8 and the convertor will make that to f/1:11. Most cameras only can auto focus till f/1:5,6, so when using this, forget auto focus, because that won't work.

Can I use TOKINA lens 28mm-210 lens with this Nikon body or can I use with other NIKON body D 700?

Tokina makes their lenses with a variety of mounts. A lens with Canon mount, for example, won't fit onto a Nikon. Assuming you get the lens with a Nikon mount, then yes, you can use it with a D70 and with a D700.

I have a Soligor C/D 28 - 200 mm, f3.5 - 5.3 Macro lens used quiet well on a Minolta XG1 and want to know whether I can use it on a Nikon D90 DSLR and if so, where can I source an adapter. Is it worth the...

The lense will probably work with an adapter. try ebay. i purchased one for my canon lenses for macro work. note that the focal length of the nikon is 46.5 and the minolta is 43.5 and infinity will not work with out an adapter with a correcting lense. you will find a adapter with out a lense will work fine for macro.

Soligor mirror 500 on Nikon D-80 ????

The D80 is not able to set exposure with non-CPU lenses like your Soligor, so it probably is very far off on the correct exposure. You must operate in Manual mode and choose a shutter speed appropriate for the lighting. Reflex (mirror) lenses have no aperture adjustment, and I'm guessing your Soligor 500mm is probably f/8 like just about every other 500mm reflex. A good starting exposure for a typical sunlit scene would be 4x your ISO setting. For example, at ISO 400 set your shutter speed to 1600.
