Air compressor won't automatically cut off with selected pressure is reached. Keeps going until emergency value is released

You probably have a faulty pressure regulator. Try turning back the regulator valve to lower the cut-off pressure and see if that stops the compressor. If it doesn't, it's probably the regulator. Hope this helps.

Presure washer

Adjust the screw on the pressure regulator on the high pressure hose is one way The other is to check the nozzle for obstructions. The problem is that there is insufficient flow from the nozzle so the regulator valve is trying to cycle between cut off and working pressure.. The regulator is set at factory for a particular size nozzle and anything that alters that ratio will cause you problem. The screw on the regulator has some fine adjustment to allow for slight changes. Any impurities in the water supply will tend to block the nozzle affecting the regulator .

Landa pressure washer LT 4035-4000 psi. Why is it losing pressure and continually pulsating?

If the pump is pulsating rapidly most likely valves are leaking or debris under valve keeping one or more from closing. If the pump pulsates slowly, comes up to pressure then low pressure then repeats, problem is pressure regulator /bypass. Or you could have a combination of both. Try lowering the pressure to lowest setting to see if slow pulsation stops. As parts age within pump and debris hinder operation you can no longer operate at full pressure. To make the pump last, use highest pressure as needed and everyday work using only 60 to 75 percent of capacity.

Welder pulsates

Hello, by pulsates, do you mean that the wire feed is what is pulsating while welding? If so, I have had this as well. I found that by turning down my feed rate, the pulsing stopped and the feed was smooth. I hope this helps. If not, contact me again.

We have a victor style medium cutting torch the cutting valve that is sticking open we were wondering if there is a spring in the cutting valve body.

Yes, but usually the valve gets dirty. I've tried to clean them with limited success. I've had torches cleaned at my welding supply house (M-G) for reasonable cost and good results.

Oven burner pulsates

The gas regulator valve would also be my first guess. It seems to not be allowing enough gas into the system. When the top is on, only a small amount of fuel is required, and when properly mixed with the air all is well, but when you also put on the oven, the regulator won't allow enough gas into the system, so it's "burning lean". I'd get it fixed before it pulsates so bad that it actually blows out the flames and you're left with a propane smelling dangerous house.
