You need to describe it more clearly. Anyway, first thing is to listen to the beep sound (google: bios beep code) to identify the initial problem

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Power outage now my e machines el 1200 01h won't boot saying no boot file name revevied?

Try to enter your boot screen, usually by pressing F8 when booting up. Then go to your boot priority list and make sure it is booting from your hard drive. I'm not a fan of e machines, it is very possible that the power surge caused some memory or physical errors.

Why my computer was unable to start

Hi
Does your pc have power or do you mean it has power but it wont boot up, this is a common problem and the cause is the boot up files have gone missing.

If you have the windows disk you can use the repair option to replace the missing boot up files by selecting the boot exe option.

This will replace the missing files so your hard drive can read them and (post) power on self test and boot up.

Cheers

Systemax Ascent HA3200 RTS won't boot - fans come on - no display

The motherboard seems OK as it is displaying signs of life. The Monitor should display something before booting up, which it is not. Please do the following. 1. Remove the RAM and reinsert the DIMMs into their sockets and boot up. 2. Disconnect the HDD data cable from the HDD and the motherboard and reconnect. Boot up. 3. Disconnect the monitor and reconnect. Boot up. At boot up press F2 and set the PC to default settings. Boot up. Later when you want to apply your settings, keep noting down what you did when. Just in case.

Acer laptop power button and fan problem

This is usually something to do with network booting, see if your PC is trying to boot from some sort of network device, or network address, real or imaginary, It may also be a virus, trying to connect, somewhere, at boot up, so run a rootkit check too. Check all network settings and privacy settings too.
Here is a program that runs at boot time and tells you what is going on and how to speed up your boot time, it may help. copy/paste below. http://www.soft32.com/Download/Free/BootVis/4-19687-1.html

When i apply power to my PC, it goes right into power save mode.

At boot up press F8 and boot in Safe Mode. Once booted then go to Start->Control Panel->Power Options. Here you will be able to set it up correctly to not go into power save mode immediately. Save and reboot - normally this time.
