If there's a reset button then I would advise you to reset it.

You can also download the data sheet before doing the reset:

http://www.hawkingtech.com/support/details.php?CatID=33&FamID=79&ProdID=101#Datasheets

and according to the data sheet, your device came with a setup cd. Try to re-run the cd if you still have it.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How i write hindi fonts

I you have Win7, you need Ultimate or Enterprise to enable additional languages. There may be a way, but I only have one machine here that is Win7 Pro and I am unable to get additional fonts by default.

Adding font packs, enables the additional visual keyboard in your menu bar in Win7. Once installed, a MUI (what MS calls it's language packs) enables options in Region and Languages in the Control Panel so that you can get the keyboard up, and allows MS Word 2010 and probably others to enable input directly from the keyboard in the various Office applications.

It may be possible if you have a font file, and an impressive memory, to input values that represent what you want in an editor that supports UNICODE, but I wouldn't wish that curse upon my worst enemy, and it may not be persistant, since your system by default would want to only use the english UNICODE characters....and it may change things around so that it is happy (hide invisible characters, change control codes to spaces, and silly things like that).

How to change the power on default copy mode form color to black & white.

Hello Gary
On the main copy display your device is probably set to the factory defaults which means that when you press reset the device is in "AUTO COLOR". Touch the "AUTO COLOR" tab on the screen and a drop down menu will show. Select "BLACK AND WHITE". Now press the "ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS"key. Select COPY SETTINGS located at the top right. Scroll down till you see STANDARD SETTINGS and select it. Press STORE. You are fixed!!! Please let FIXYA know I helped. :-) SPINAL

Wont allow me to connect 2 additional computers and need pin name or number

Two methods to solve your problem:
Method 1:
(1) Using your currently connected and working computers, access the wireless router security page at 192.168.1.1 (page 8 of 44 from the WRT54G2 manual), default password "admin" (page 7 of 44 from the WRT54G2 manual)
PDF file of the Linksys/Cisco Wireless-G Broadband Router User Guide:
http://belkashop.com.ua/products_files/WRT54G2_V10_EN.pdf
You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view/print this file - free from www.adobe.com
(2) get the WEP or WPA password, and enter it into the wireless LAN (WLAN) settings on your 2 additional computers.

Method 2:
Alternatively, access the WEP or WPA key on one of your working PC, by
(1) make sure the printer is working, powered up and online.
(2) invoke "Network Setup Wizard"
(3) wind thru various steps (click-ing NEXT), then select "Print Network Settings"
(4) use the printed WEP or WPA key in the WLAN settings on your additional 2 PCs.

I have error code E000732-0001 on Canon imagepress C1

Error :
E732 code

Workaround :
E732 code is a Reader communication error.
If the Reader is disconnected from the Printer a E732 code will result. Once the Reader is disconnected the logic on the MAIN-Controller is changed to a "0". The copier is now set up to be a Printer only, and will not recognize the Reader.
To correct this, you must enter service mode, COPIER>OPTION>BODY>W/SCNR and set that to "1". Then you must turn the copier off, then on.
To enter service mode: press "Additional Functions" then "2" and "8" together, then "Additional Functions".
Which User Guide? Reference, Easy Operation Guide, Printing Guide, Mailbox Guide, Sending Guide etc....

Canon copier - switching between default setting

You can usually adjust the timer settings via the additional functions screen and select 'timer settings' and within there you can set 'return to standby timer' this will help you. The way to access this mode varies from machine to machine but if you have a key with a head and a star inside it, that will get you into the additional functions screen.

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: iexplore.exe

the nice thing about IE7 is that it has a nice easy way to fix alot of problems.
click on tools, internet properties, advanced and then click the last button on the page, the one about resetting to defaults..any bad or bogus addons become disabled and any bunged up security settings go to their defaults.
after this, you'll have to re-enter your homepage and install addons like flash player and java, but that generally solves any issues you might be happening. what is the website? it could not be a problem on your end but some bad code in their site.

Cannot restore the settings of printer like the tear of on the keybord... what did do to restore the settings of this printer... i cannot print  the print out is a symbol . same on the printest on the...

Hi,

To do a Default Setting Mode to an Epson LX300+, you need to:
1. Power OFF the printer (for at least 10 seconds or more);
2. Press Tear Off button while simultaneously powering ON;
3. Release button, maintain power ON, printer will print basic/default settings.

At most times, it is the parallel/printer cable that gets dislodged. loosely connected or perhaps would even require replacement.

Should you want to do a printer self-test on an Epson LX300+:
Printer's Self-Test - The built-in self test function demonstrates that the printer is working properly. You can run the test with either continuous paper or single sheets; this describes the easier way, with single sheets.

* Make sure the printer is turned off and the paper-release lever is pushed back to the single-sheet position. Raise the paper guide upright.
* While holding down the LF/FF button, turn on the printer. The PAUSE light flashes.
* Slide the left edge guide until it locks in place at the guide mark. Next, adjust the right edge guide to match the width of your paper.
* Slide a sheet of paper down firmly between the edge guides until it meets resistance. The printer loads the sheet automatically.
* Press the PAUSE button. The printer begins printing the self test.
* To stop printing temporarily, press the PAUSE button.
* To end the self test, make sure the printer is not printing. Press LF/FF to eject the sheet; then turn off the printer.

Hope that this be of some help/idea. Pls post back how things turned out or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.
