Okay, start with a spirit level, and with the door up, make sure it is level all round(use spacers if feet are not adjustable)then shut lid and check for seals touching all round, if not a hot wet cloth(wear gloves)will help to shape them to fit.you should not need to adjust the lid if set up correctly.use a thin sheet of paper to check seals touch allround.

    sorry wrong question answered,

to answer your question, condensation will form under the glass shelves as part of normal useage.

it helps if all food is covered(clingfilm)do not wrap fresh veg as they sweat and go off just cover them

in a veg tray.set temp to +5 which is the optimum for a fridge and -18C for the freezer.and check door seals touch all round periodically.if yours has a drain hole in the back of the fridge then clean it out every 4 weeks or so....

Pooling of water in fridge compartment of my Neff fridge/freezer

The defrost drain is clogged. Defrost drains usually get there clog right behind the back freezer panel. Remove this to get to the defrost drain and remove all built up ice and clear the drain and you should be fine. Hope this helps.

Water pools at bottom of freezer, freezes and water leaks out

Hello, this sounds like you have a blockage in the drain tube, remove bottom shelf from fridge and remove the styrofoam..you may see ice build up...melt ice with hair dryer/heat gun...you will see a pan below evaporator...melt ice in pan...dry water up in pan with paper towel...now you should see a hole in pan that leads to drain tube...pour some hot water in pan..wait a couple minutes..mop up water and repeat this step 2-3 times....once you have done this find some flexible curatain wire or electrical wire..poke down the hole until you see the water drain..now it is clear..put back panel back and you are good to go. The reason you see water in the Freezer is because the water has been leaking into the freezer instead of running into the drain hole...Please feel free to comment again if you need any further assistance. Water dripping from freezer onto top shelf of fridge with ice buildup back of freezer

the defroster isn't close enough to the drain to be effective. remove the back wall of the inside of the freezer, remove the excess ice. clear out the ice from the drain using hot water and a turkey baster. there is a kit from whirlpool that uses a piece of metal and a screw around the defrost rod, but I found out that a piece of 14 gauge solid core wire with the insulation stripped off works great too. stick the stripped wire into the drain, 2 to 3 inches, and wrap the rest around the defrost rod.

We have a free standing bosch fridge/freezer, the freezer is at the bottom. Ice is forming in the bottom of the freezer, underneath the last drawer.

sounds like the drain hole in the back of the freezer has blocked and when the defrost kicks in the water is not running out of the drain hole but into the bottom of the freezer. best do a full defrost and if it occurs again the drain hole will need to be cleared out.

My Bosch frostfree fridge freezer keeps icing up!

My Bosch Frost Free Fridge Freezer did the same thing - Ice forming in the bottom of the freezer area after a few days.

It was caused by a blocked drain pipe - When the freezer does the de-frosting cycle, the melted ice drips into a tray and tehn runs into a dish on top of teh compressor, through a pipe.

If this pipe gets blocked, the de frosted ice overflows from the tray and overflows into the bottom of the freezer and then re-freezes !

To fix, pull the freezer away form the wall, locate the pipe that runs to the dish on top of the compressor and blow through it - This should clear it. Alternatively, from inside the freezer compartment, pull off the cover at the back, but the clips holding it on will probably break off, as mine did ! You can sort of push the cover back on and re-fit the food draws.
