Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
Press and hold reset for a longer time and check if the set clears out. If not connect to the PC and see if it is detected.
If so usea virus scan on the memory, if infected, copy and save and then format the memory.
Copy back only files that are safe and cleared from the media convertor software.
I hope this clears the fault.
