HP OfficeJet 7310 all in one Printer

Hello, I hope you can help me. I am trying to change the ink cartridges in my officejet 7310 all-in-one printer, but there is a bar with a white background and a black arrow pointing up and two images that look like a power on/off button printed on it. This bar is preventing me from opening the cartridge latches. I have looked in my printer manual and it does not show anything of what this bar is and where it really belongs. There is not even a picture of it in the book at all. Please help! I do not want to break the printer.

You can either go to the retailer, from whom you purchased the Printer OR go to web site of HP printers support section and find out retailers near your home and ask them to supply you. Lastly you can order on line from amazon.com, e-bay or best buy or circuit city or any of the other computer stores in your area.
