Hi.
Ensure that
Ensure that on Thinkpad you have selected between external monitor and buit in display. I think the button combination is fn+F7 check also the rest of function buttons.
Important NOTE: Ensure that video and keyboard drivers are installed, working and up to date. If video or keyboard drivers are not working you will not be able to use the external video port.
If all the above does not work, you can test the docking bay port using a multimeter set on Ohms on the contact in the two video socket portss in the docking bay. Id the connection is good there must be continuity (zero or low Ohms) in the correspondent pins between computer side and monitor side DVI socket.
Hi. A way to find out if problem is computer or docking bay is using a spare monitor to test, if the Thinkpad does not switch to external monitor using the fn key, then problem is likely drivers, in that case ensure that you have installed all drivers from Amilo website.

OK, I've downloaded the latest video drivers and it's working now.
Thank you and bye bye.

Hi,
selecting the external monitor does not change anything as it continues remaining black.
It displays the information "No signal to DVI port". My T60 notebook has an ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 graphics. Maybe it's a matter if some driver problem?
Hello,
after downloading the latest drivers, everything's working fine now.
thank you!
