Question about Lexmark X1240 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

Printer prints just part of sentences

It starts out printing fine then then once its printing is done I 'm left with a blank space in the middle of the page where the sentences should be.
so basically it prints part of a sentence skips a bunch of spaces then prints the end of th sentence , I have installed new ink too and nothing helps.

Heeheehee do I feel stupid I just checked the printer for the upteenth time and finally found the problem.
I had a piece of paper (sticky price tag paper ) on the ink track so that was what was causing my problem. It was covered in ink LOL.

I have a tvs msp 245 printer. When i give print, it starts from middle of the paper and the line space is more

hi arun

Well printing from middle page this is a problem with the settings in the computer.

Where as the line space is concerned this is due to PF (Paper Feed) gear which needs to be replaced if worn out or broken in some cases. This is a gear on the left side of the printer and it has a dedicated motor to turn it.

I have typed text using ms word 2007 of about 5 pages and i have hp deskjet F2200 series installed but when i order for a print, pages come out but with no printed text. they are blank

do you still have inks left?are you able to make color copies from the printer?
if your answer to both questions is yes then you may have junk files on the pc that's blocking the printer.
try printing in notepad or in wordpad.
if you are able to print from those, then the problem is with ms word's settings.
if not, click on start,in the run or search box, type in disk cleanup and hit enter.a box will come up after disk cleanup is done with calculating how much space you will be able to free on C drive.tick all the boxes and hit ok.

HP 2840 will not print on 3 inches of left side of page

Take the toner cartridge out, shake it back and forth, and turn it around in a circle a few time. Put it back in the priter, and print. Order a new toner cartridge.

If this is an inkjet printer, ignore this response.

I am trying to print a document in Word and my Phaser 8560 will print it, but there is a blank section on the page (approximately 4 inches wide running down the middle of the page) where the text did not...

Did the document print in full even though it left blank spaces? I f so the problem is The Page Break Occurred before it actually reached the end of the paper. Check what paper is selected on the printer. I don't mean the tray or paper feeder.
On the LCD screen on the printer go through the menu till you find the paper. Make sure the paper is set to A4 or Letter (whatever you normally use.) and make sure this setting matches with the paper select in the documenent.
Check File ->Print ->Settings or Options .... Find out where the paper is mentioned and select A4 or Letter as the case may be.
Hope this will solve your problem
Good luck

The printer keeps leaving blank spaces between sentences

Some head sprayer is clog. Check nozzle? Do head cleaning. Check again. If nozzle output is not badly, you can print with photo quality for good output.

Could be a partial block - print a block of color and look for blank spaces in it, if you get them, then you should unblock the nozzle and the print head. Clean them with hot distilled water, and to be on the safe side clean the contacts as well. Good luck!
