When i try to save, extract or print document error (14) comes up... please help?

    I have read from other forums that it has something to do with the PDF file or the Acrobat Reader. So better if you can give some more details to the problem you are encountering.

To extract and print PDF files from your PC, you need a PDF reader, like Adobe reader. Yuo can download one from online. Try version 8.0

I had to do a system recovery on my GX7018E and now the ethernet driver is gone and I can't hookup to the internet. I have tried to download the driver on my laptop then put it on a memory stick...

Scroll down to the heading Lan
Left-click on - Marvell Yukon 88E8050 PCI-E A SF Gigabit Ethernet Controller Drive

In the small window that comes up, (Opening Lan_Marvell_8.27.4.3_XPx86XPx64_A.zip),
make sure the Save File circle has a green dot in it.
If not left-click in the empty circle to the left of Save File.
Now click on OK below.

Another small window will come up.
Write down the heading. This tells you where the file will be saved to.
(File name is Lan_Marvel_8.27.4.3_XPx86XPx64_A.zip, with a yellow zip folder icon)

In the heading may be Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads.
(Desktop, Documents, Downloads for Vista, and Win7)

1) Desktop: It will be on your desktop screen. (Yellow Zip folder with the file name)

2) My Documents: Start > My Documents (Or windows logo button > Documents)

3) Downloads: Start > My Documents > Double-click on Downloads
(Or windows logo button > Documents > Double-click on Downloads)

When you see the file name Double-click right on it.

In the small window left-click on Unzip
In the next window left-click on Extract All Files, on the left side.

Now follow the Installation Wizard instructions.
(Essentially just left-click on Next, Next, and Finish at the bottom. Windows will put the file in the proper place)

If you are not asked to restart your computer, do so.

Trying to uninstall nero 7 essentials in my laptop, shellmaneger is missing


http://www.nero.com/eng/support-nero7-tools-utilities.html download the tool and follow these directions
  1. Download the file "infotool.zip", save this file to your desktop.
  2. Extract the zipped file on your hard drive using WinZip or WinRAR.
  3. Double-click on the EXE file to start the Nero InfoTool.
  4. The window "Nero InfoTool - Retrieving Information" will open. Please wait until the progress bar has moved completely to the right. The window "Nero InfoTool" will open.
  5. Click the "Save" button (the disk icon at the top). The window "Nero InfoTool - Save/Print" will open.
  6. Please activate all the check boxes (Drive, Disk, Configuration, Software, Hardware, etc.).
  7. Click the "Save" button. The window "Save as" will open.
  8. Name the file and select the "TXT" format as the file type in the dropdown menu.
  9. Select in the "Save in"-dropdown menu the "Desktop" entry.
  10. Click the "Save" button. The Nero InfoTool will be saved on the desktop in the "TXT" format.
  11. Close the two windows "Nero InfoTool - Save/Print" and "Nero InfoTool".

I have been trying to send a resume' that was saved in works, and cannot complete without an error message. Can you suggest a more compliable word processing program.


The best free solution is OpenOffice. You can download it here.

For comparability reasons I would advise to change the following settings under the menu
Tools -> Options -> General -> Load/Save:
Document Type: Text Document
Always save as: Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP

I have intex cmi8738-4ch sound card and i am unable to get its drivers so help me to get one.

Procedure: 1 - 14

1. Open this site for your Intex Sound Card

2. At the product list click and select Sound Card

3. Choose 6-CH CMI8738 (IT-591)

4. Then choose the operating system for your Sound Card

5. Then a download window will pop-up

6. Choose Save File
( for Mozilla browser the download folder is located at ....My Documents\Downloads )
( for Internet Explorer browser select the location for your download folder )

7. After downloading the file, right click the downloaded file then choose extract all

8. Click Next, then Next

9. Click Finish.

10 Open the folder extracted then look for the Setup.exe file, then press Enter or double click the Setup.exe file

11. Choose Run

12. Click Install

13. Then wait for the installaton process then click Finish

14. Restart your Computer

Need soft ware for model T-6000U. Can I download

When the small window comes up, Left-click on the empty circle to the left of - Save File
Another small window should come up, with a download progress bar.

Let the file download all the way.
Where will the file go?

If you have your downloads set to save to your My Documents folder, (Documents for Vista), it will go there. (Start>My Documents)
It may go to a sub-folder within My Documents called Downloads.

If you do Not have your downloads set to save to your My Documents folder, this file will go to your desktop screen.

When you see the file - Driver 5.02.zip
double-click right on it.
The Installation Wizard will open up.
Go to the upper far left of the window, and left-click on - Extract All Files

If I scan a blank application to be completed after its scanned in order to print the completed application, I can't find a way to add and or edit text on it.


if you scan a document it will be a photograph   editing a document is done in a text application like word or notepad   the two are completely different things   i use text bridge  or Paperport Professional  it will read the text off of the scanner bed and convert to a text document   it may make some errors but will still save much time rewriting the document  add the saved text to word and change the font and spacing to try to duplicate the original document  save it  then edit it to your hearts desire

Are you using the "same" printer with your 2 PC? or 2 different printers?

If you're using the same printer, check your cables, power supply, drivers, inks, and lifetime of the printer.

If your using 2 different printer you might have a virus in you pc.

After installing the HP PhotosmartC5280 All in one printer we can get it to scan and print from new documents. Yet, when trying to print from a saved file we receive the message that we do not have enough...


Try to delete unnecessary files on your computer, coz your computer is low in memory. open up your printer if theres a pending document then try to clean or empty it. boot your pc. Then try to print your document.
