Your battery might have died. Another problem is some circuit or the power button isn't in place or broken. I suggest you open up you phone- but ground yourself first (get rid of static)- and check the circuits and the power button, if something isn't right, don't touch it. Take it to a phone dealer especially if you have a warranty. If not, pay for repairs. Much more economically smarter too than buying a new phone. Any other questions? email@example.com
