No sound at all.

I assume this is the P80 I just answered?
If so, it appears this instrument needs to be connected to an external amp or headphones and has no speakers built in. Contact your dealer to be sure.

Can I setup home recording studio all in 1 room

Wow what a question!! The short answer is going to be yes. The longer one will need to know a lot more about the room, what you are trying to record, if the artists are going to be in the same room, what sound deadening you will have if so, what sort of instruments will you want to record concurrently (as acoustic instruments including voices can be problematic if the room isn't big enough or the room is too alive)

I am trying to record sounds from my keyboard into my MPC 1000. I have what I think is the proper set-up. MIDI sync...softthru as track...etc. Problem is when I set it up I can play one sound and record...

It is not clear whether you are recording audio or MIDI. If you recorded Audio samples, you will get the same sounds back even if you change the voice on the keyboard.

If you record a MIDI sequence, and then play it back you will STILL get the same sounds UNLESS you also record the MIDI voice or patch changes so the voice is changed as it occured when you recorded it. Usually there are options taht you can enable or disable voice changes.

I have a Casio Privia Px330. On a split keyboard how do I alter the right hand tone?

On page E11 of your manual... see the picture with two voices, one for the T and one for R... select them there.

Your manual can be downloaded here: http://support.casio.com/pdf/008/PX330E1A_web.pdf

You probably cannot "change the tone" of the two voices if they are the same voice. You should be able to transpose to different octave however.

My Yamaha audiogram 6 has mysteriously stopped working i can't record or hear the sound through it. Can you help?

First thing is to make sure the audio system in the PC is assigned to this device. Go into the control panel and click on the "Sounds and Devices". Then click on the "Voice" tab and make sure both the in and out are pointing to this device rather than the internal sound hardware in the PC.

Does this Karaoke Mixing Amp have voice cancel

The short answer is NO, it does not... BUT you should understand what MOST voice cancellers do. ESSENTIALLY they ASSUME that the vocalist is centered betweeen the stereo recording mics. The "voice cancellor" merely subtracts the left and right signal which REDUCES the voice from the center of the stage. Frankly, it doesn't work all that well. Somee typicall leaks through and often is garbled.
For Karaoke you best stay with media that already has vocals stripped from it.

No live sound using Samson CO3U and Windows 7 x64

I don''t think you can solve this problem. The problem is that the computer has to digitize the incoming audio, then echo it out. This conversion takes time and is also governed by the real time clock servicing of the devices. You could try upping the priority of the conversion process, but I don't think you are going to be satisfied with the result either.

You would be happier to use a mic and external mixer where the audio is true real time rather than having the conversion latency time.

Recording my voice through computer with keyboard

You need a Sampler. Either software or Hardware will work. A sampler is the device that will make it possible to play your voice on your keyboard. There are many software samplers available, take a look at websites like sweetwater.com or musiciansfriend.com and have a look at the pc software section. You will also need a MIDI connection for your computer to enable the keyboard to talk to your computer (runs around 50 bucks). I would look at a program like Sampletank or others.
