OKI C5200 printer

I have an OKI C5200 printer . When you turn it on it comes on for about 1-2 seconds and shuts off. Ist that a power supply problem or is that because I have a couple of toner cart. running out of toner or enpty??

When I turn on my OKI C5200n Laser Printer it comes on for a sec or two and shuts off ????
