There is no real orientation to a lock, but if the key has to be inserted with the teeth up and you prefer with the teeth down, just remove the 2 screws holding the halves of the door handles on, and remove the outside one, rotate it 180 degrees, and put it back in again. It should work fine.

The bobbin willl not turn nor the needle go up and down

Whatever the brand and model number, you can find the manual on line, and the company website will have a specific troubleshooting area.

Generally, it may be that it is not threaded correctly. Rethread the machine, both the top and the bobbin, following the machine diagrams and directions. There are YouTube tutorials for most brands and models available to assist.

Thread may be caught in the bobbin case. Remove the bobbin and bobbin case, pull out any stray threads or clumps of thread, then reset the bobbin case, replace the bobbin.

Make sure the needle is not bent, and is installed correctly. The machine will lock up if the needle is bent or not properly installed.

I have difficulty locking the deadbolt with the key

If the lock works easily with the door open, the strike plate is not lined up correctly. If it is hard to turn with the door open, loosen all the mounting screws and be sure the inside and outside parts are lined up correctly. Also the latch is marked for correct installation. If upside down, it won't work correctly. All three parts need to line up so check for smooth operation before tightening the screws.

  12. Disconnect the side impact module-right front connector.
NOTE With the fuse removed, the AIR BAG or SIR light will illuminate if the ignition switch is turned ON at any time. This is normal and does not indicate a problem when the system is disarmed.

Arming The SIR System
  1. Be sure the ignition is in the LOCK position.
  2. Connect the inflatable restraint side impact module-right front connector located under the front passenger seat.
  3. Install the CPA to the side impact module-right front connector.
  4. Connect the inflatable restraint side impact module-left front connector located under the driver seat.

Dead bolt trys to turn in the same direction

Hi.
I think it can be possible that the bolt assembly is installed upside down.
Remove the unit, and refit with the bolt and faceplate the other way up.
Test WITH THE DOOR OPEN. to ensure correct function.

I am not familiar with this lock - but other weiser locksets can suffer the same problem if a deadbolt is installed inverted.

most likely the actuators are bad. with the unit off push and hold the lock and start buttons, lock first then start, after about 6 seconds the display will flash 188. press the power button, ho will be displayed. push the start button until Ld is displayed. open the drawer in question and push the lock button and watch the lid both sides should go down evenly, push the lock key to move it up and down as needed. push the power button to exit diagnostics. if you notice that the lid doesn't go down evenly or if one side stays up replace the actuators, they come as a pair. call a dealer/servicer to order actuators. make sure to specify top or bottom as there is a difference. hope this helps
