Boot the computer, while on the Del logo, keep on pressing F8 to enter the system on board.
On the pc in safe mode and login via administrator account and then remove the password of the other accounts
As you turn on your computer and the screenis coming on strike the F2 key. This take you into the BIOS then follow the directions on top and bottom of the screen, go to sercurity settings and just turn off and you can into your system. Mike
Click the "Start" button and then click "Run." Type "Perfmon.msc" (without quotes) and then press "Enter." This opens the Performance window of the System Monitor tool.
Click any of the counters in the right pane that you want to disable.
Click "Delete." This will remove the counter from the System Monitor on your Dell OptiPlex 170L and stop the self-monitoring of that service.

Turn Off the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10 key,ie: Alt+F10, it will open the recovery console ,select full factory restore and follow on screen instruction. (Note:this will erase all datas on the computer)
