Did you check the door switch for continuity? That will kill all control power. Just a thought.
GOOD LUCK !

Fav 60750 dishwasher has intermittent short circuit causing sparks from inner mains connector triggering house circuit breakers. No short circuit points obvious on wires or equipment. Where should I look...

It is not clear to me whether triggered fuse or differential circuit breaker?
If triggered fuse than is short circuit or overload. If triggered only differential circuit breaker than could be current leakage.
In case of short circuit I suggest you to disconnect all load, one by one (pump, motor, heating element.....etc.), until you find a load that make a short circuit.
In case of current leakage, my experience says check heating element measuring resistence between housing (earted) and each pin (two) of heating element. Should be more than 2 MOhm.
I hope I've helped.

My hotpoint washer does not turn on

There are four components to check if your washer will not turn on at all. You need to check your power supply, the door switch, the cycle selector switch and the timer motor.
Am suspecting the power supply, Your dishwasher may not be receiving any power. It is somewhat difficult to check for power at the plug outlet because the plug for a dishwasher is usually behind the unit. You should make sure all the circuit breakers of your circuit breaker panel are in the correct positions, or check to make sure no fuses of your house fuse panel are blown.
That should do the job for you. Hope this helped you.

The dishwasher wont turn on. I'm not sure if is fused or not. How can I fix it?

Many dishwashers, due to their power consumption, are on their own house circuit. It may have blown the house fuse or circuit breaker. Ours does it about once every 6 months or so. I just reset the circuit breaker. I'm sure an electrician would tell me to replace the dishwasher or have it serviced to determine why it periodically blows the circuit, so if it has blown the circuit breaker, you should determine why before running it again (unlike me!).

We went to run our dishwasher and lights are out....nothing works......house fuse fine. Been told to look for fuse box inside of dishwasher panel but cannot identify.

if the circuit breaker is good then you need to check the main power line to the unit and make sure everything is connected properly.

No power or lights in the front panel

Check the fuse / circuit breaker inside washing machine. There may be a extra control circuit fuse normally on the control PCB.

Kitchen circut was accidently turned off. Now whirlpool gold disher will not work(unit was not running and the door was not closed all the way when circuit was turned off, All circuit breakers are on)...

You can put the unit into diagnostics (press the following keys in order within 6 seconds HEATED DRY, NORMAL, HEATED DRY, NORMAL all the lights will come on and it will start a diag cycle) and see if it recovers. If not, you are looking at a electronic control, and yes you CAN change the part yourself.

We have Frigidaire 24 in. FDB1050REC dishwasher. The control panel has no power; no lights and nothing works. This problem started after a power outage. All circuit breakers in house ok and other outlets...

more than likely fuse is gone in plug. take dish washer out. change fuse in plug. if it doesnt work get extension lead and run it from a socket that definatly does work and plug washer into that. if nothing then its internal.

Roper model rex5634kq1----won't get hot---already removed &ck'd heating element & attached part (thermostat?)--they're both ok--what else could it be?

There's no heat If your dryer doesn't heat, check these: Power from the house Heating element Thermal fuse Wiring Power from the house Check to see whether there's power getting to the dryer. Is it plugged in? Check for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers--your dryer uses two fuses or circuit breakers. The dryer could tumble but not heat if only one of the two fuses is blown. If you have circuit breakers, one of the two circuit breakers can trip, even if the two for the dryer are connected. Heating element Often a dryer heating element burns out, but doesn't trip the circuit breaker or blow a fuse. The heating element is simply a long coil of special wire. You can check it for continuity with an ohm meter. No continuity means the element is bad and you need to replace it--electric heating elements aren't repairable. Thermal fuse On many dryers, there's a thermal fuse mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel. The fuse--which is about an inch long--is usually embedded in black resin and mounted in a white plastic housing. If the fuse has blown, you need to replace it. (You can't re-set it.) Wiring A common problem is for the main wiring connection from the house, at the dryer, to burn and break its connection. Because the dryer can still tumble with partial power, the connection may be only partially defective. You may need to replace both the power cord to the dryer and the terminal block inside the dryer that the wire is attached to.

Whirlpool dishwasher won't turn on. There is power to the unit.

Make sure there's power getting to the dishwasher. Check for a tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for power. Sometimes the power cord disconnects at the dishwasher (inside the junction box, behind the bottom kick panel), if this is the case, the wiring must be repaired or replaced.

If everything stated above is ok, this will lead to a failed control sector. The control sector can be a timer module, or control board assembly.replaced the control sector if all above is ok.

Dishwasher will not start after change in electric meter outside. Dishwasher "popped " when it was started Check all circut breakers etc- all fine

if you have 120volts at plug, chk for a breaker inside unit and again voltage inside unit at terms on cord, then if so chk motor for a breaker on the motor, some have built-in breakers, then check door interlock switch for continuity and proper operation, then if electonically controlled check for a fuse and burns on the circuit, you may have suffered a voltage spike, and do it soon, the power supplier may be liable if you can prove he disconnected the neutral and you only had 240volts,this could be a cause also as it becomes a voltage divider circuit w/o the neutral connected
