Not sure if this will help, since for some reason I can't open pdf files, but this page has a cable diagram under accessories (scroll down toword the bottom of the page). Here's the link:
http://www.optcorp.com/product.aspx?pid=371-595-15349
Other than that, I couldn't find any information on the wiring diagram, and if that link doesn't help you, your best bet would be to contact Astromaster to see if they could supply you with one, or give you support. Here is their support page:

Good luck, thanks for using FixYa, and hope this helps.

I can.t align my star pointer finderscope that can with my114eq. do you line up the two circals and dots on top of each other to get it align

The finderscope must be aligned with the MAIN tube. During the day time point the scope at a distant object like the very top of a telesphone pole or a distant building.

Get the pole or the building in the center of the eyepiece on the main telescope. LOCK everything down and do not move the scope. Now adjust the finderscope to point at the exact same object.

This will get you roughly aligned.

At night do the sanme thing on a star or the moon-- and you will fine tune the finderscope.

Your DEC is the same as your Latitude--

Right Ascension does not matter for now. Polar Align the scope on the star Polaris-- read this:

http://arnholm.org/astro/polar_alignment/index.html

Once you are polar aligned, rotate the tube to a star in the sky that you KNOW the name of. Look up the Right Ascension of that star on a cell phone app or a laptop planetarium program like this one:
www.stellarium.org

Rotate the RA setting circle so it matches what the phone or laptop indicate. LOCK down the RA circle. Your scope is now adjusted to the sky and you can use the numbers on the DEC and RA to find other objects of known RA & DEC.

I have never had a telecope before and have purchased the Celestron 114EQ modelr n 31042 Im looking for step by step instructions on how to use it

Do you have a manual?

This is a small reflector style telescope on an equatorial mount-- the mount must be POLAR ALIGNED in orderr to be used properly. Guess you did not know that when you bought an EQUATORIAL mount.

Read this:
http://www.astronomy.net/articles/4/polaralign.html

Once the scope is polar aligned place the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. The moon should be your first target at night. the RA knob and the DEC knobs (slow motion controls) are used to keep the object centered in the eyepiece.

Download this free planetarium software --

Not able to see anything would like how to use cerlestron EQ 114

This is a small reflector style telescope on an equatorial mount. The mount and tripod must be polar aligned in order to be used. Read this:
http://arnholm.org/astro/polar_alignment/index.html

Simply pt the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope, take the scope outside during the day time and practice focusing on a distant object like a building.

Celestron's manuals are located on this web site-- find your scope and download one for free:

No audible click from unit, tho a point of small resistance is felt when turning on, and no red dot in finderscope view.

Many of these low cost red dot finder have weak and or defective on-off switches. They break very easily. Best to discard the finder and buy a better one.

Celestron astromaster 114 EQ (problems zooming in)

Most telescopes do not have a zoom-- they have different numbered eyepieces that give different magnification-- you can buy a zoom eyepiece however.

From what you describe -- put the eyepiece with the LARGEST number written on it into the telescope-- this is the LOWEST magnification. Now focus on the moon and or a distant land object during the day-- once it's in focus -- nice and sharp-- replace the eyepiece with the next LOWER number-- for more magnification. AND-- refocus the telescope for that eyepiece.
