I CAN'T SEEM TO ACCESS MY MICROSOFT OFFICE PRORESSIONAL 2007. IT KEEPS ON ASKING ME TO CONVERT AND THEN I CLICK CONVERT AND IT ASKS ME FOR A PRODUCT KEY. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS OR WHERE I AM GONNA GET IT FROM.

Product-key is a 25 character key that is required to register your copy of Office. WIthout that all you are gonna have is a trial/crippled copy. Try this, go to the internet, look for "Microsoft compatibility pack" download and install it. that should handle any conversions properly, as for the product key, is this a newer laptop, if so you may have had a trial version of office that expires in 90 days which is the way they do it now a days, to which you will need to purchase a license to use the software. you other alternative is to uninstall office trial in the control panel, and install an older office verision if you have one lying around.
