Here is a blog about a high temperature control switch, which could well be your problem:
http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/11535-thermador-double-oven-no-heat.html
No model number to work with, so this blog in for a Thermador, and should apply to your appliance.
This following website has a lot of neat diagrams for appliances, and will hopefully help you:

My oven keeps beeping F2 and it won't turn off. The top broiler coils are bright red and heat is pouring out of the oven. I have held down the off button, pushed start, pushed bake, anything I can think...

Control senses oven temperature above 615F-630F. shut down the breaker switch asap.

If actual over temperature condition occurred: Look for welded relay contacts on bake or broil relays. If this happens, replace oven control (also called clock or ERC).

If no over temperature condition occurred: Look for a high resistance connection or any other cause of high resistance in the oven temperature sensor circuit. Check sensor, sensor harness and sensor harness connection at sensor and oven control. Replace sensor if found defective.

Remember: Oven control (ERC) measures resistance of sensor circuit , not actual oven temperature.

Lg lre30451sw oven the start button doesn't work

This happened to me on Christmas Day morning & it happened once before. I finally remembered how I fixed it. Push the "Clear" button & then push the "Start" & keep it held in until you see the lock button light up (takes awhile) & then push the "Clear" button again. After I did this the "Clock" worked again - reset the clock to the correct time & push "Start" Then click on "Bake" set your temperature & push "Start". Hope this works for you. It got me out of cooking Christmas Dinner, but I fixed it today!!
