Question about Soundstream Car Audio & Video
This sounds like ignition noise, in the old days. Not sure about the type of vehicle you have, but I would run it by an audio installation/repair shop, and they will most likely have a fix. The condenser use to soak up the spark noise from old ignition points, and you may have a similar issue with the electronic ignition, or a bad ground that's not allowing noise to be completely grounded.
