The mower part is controlled by the solenoid on the carburator. It controls the idle and the fuel shut off and increase. Check the fuel bowl to make sure the wires are properly plugged in. If so, it may be time to put a new solenoid on the fuel bowl. You can also check the float in the fuel bowl. They normally have a plastic float in there. The kit you can buy to replace the gaskets and the float has a brass float in it as an upgraded part.

Check under the deck make sure there's nothing holding the blades still. Check the belts make sure they are not in a bind. Also check the blade assemblies that they spin freely. If all of that checks out. I'll need a little more info to help you out.

Kohler 22 bogs down when i engage blades on zero turn, cleaned carb did not fix.?

Check the plugs, if they are black and soot covered you may have a float valve that is not sealing allowing a little extra fuel to get into the mix. If you have the savy to remove and clean the carburetor then you should be able to replace the float valve, one tiny spec is all it takes and the float overfills; if you clamp the fuel line shut and the tractor improves after using up fuel in the carburetor it is very likely an overfilled float bowl.

Boggs down when you hit grass a little high like its running out of gas 20hp on arens zero turn changed gas filter no help the gas filter does not show gas in it when running

This is usually indicative of strain on the motor, moreso than a lack of fuel. You may want to check and see if the blades are obstructed or the discharge chute may be blocked. Wet grass is a common culprit in this and can really labor the blades, as well as cake the deck making it difficult for the blades to not only turn and cut, but to discharge the clippings as well. As long as you have the 3 primary elements of combustion (air, fuel, fire), this is most likely going to be the cause of your problem.
