Thermal breaks must be provided between floor and wall structure. Access door must have a thermal break all around its perimeter which is normally an electric resistance heater to keep door from freezing up.

My hot water is fed from the emersion fed from the boiler and is very slow and takes an age to get hot in the kitchen any idea's

Sounds like minerals are built up in the lines and restricting flow.
The fix is changing out the lines in question. So if your coming from the basement these pipes usually travel through the floors and walls and can be a real pain, Sometimes going outside the building with a new pipe (will have to be wrapped with pipe insulation) and come back into the building in the room or rooms where the hot water is needed. The easiest fix would be to get hot water on demand set up that installs under the sink or in the room where needed. The cost is a factor in the last fix. ........~~~~~*BB

How large a space are you hoping to cool? One room? One LARGE room? One SMALL room? One floor of a two-story house? A whole four-story house?

What's your climate like where you live? Very hot, dry, year-round? Cool most of the year but two weeks of hot during the summer? Just a little too warm in summer? Blazing hot all summer, including nighttime?

How's the insulation in the building you want to cool? Is it a plain steel building with no insulation? Is it a trailer? Is it a frame house with 4" walls and R13 fiberglass insulation? An old frame house with no insulation? An adobe building? A timberframe house with 8" of polyisocyanurate foam insulation?

All these are important to know when you select an air conditioner.

For most of the USA, assuming a frame house with 4" of fiberglass insulation, a 10,000BTU air conditioner will cool one large room or two small rooms pretty well, or a 5,000BTU AC will do one medium-sized room. Different places, and different house designs, and different types & amounts of insulation, will all have a profound effect on how much AC you need/want.

I have a d-link 2750u wifi router with dual atntena..but connect in my badroom its near by wifi router i fonna show you in video with distan

Hi
Thanks for the video. I appears that you have concrete floors in your home. A couple of things that drasticly reduce wifi distance or signal strength is electrical fields caused by wiring in the walls and concrete walls or floors. Concrete is very dense and also has a lot of metal rebar in it for structural strength. This combination is very tough to penetrate with radio signals. The best thing you could do is either mount the router higher in the first room you showed so that it is at a level about even with the floor of the second level or add a repeater somewhere on the second floor. Mounting the router higher allows the radio waves to bounce around both levels without having to go through the concrete and rebar between them.

Water condenses on outside bottom of freezer and drips on floor

I would not remove the bottom and replace the insulation. Where is the unit located in your home?

You need moisture control if laying below ground level or on concrete anywhere as concrete is porous

try puuting the wireless access point on the middle and atleast 5 ft of the ground this will increase your signal slightly also make sure that there is no cordless phone especially the base near the wireless access point.

Vulcan freezer has condensate coming thru freezer wall and thru

no epoxy is not enough
you need to insulate the floor use sheet unsulation it comes in 4x8 and then sheet over it with ply wood like a 5/8 ply seal arround the edges with a good indoor our door silicone then use epoxy th seal the ply
by simply sealing the floor you will get loss and make your pump work 3-4 times as hard using 3-4 times the hydro witch means more money over the long haul
spend some time and cash now or spend a lot of cash later.
