My email n password dont match, how can I fix it?

The procedure to troubleshoot email account login issues may vary depending upon your email service provider. So, to let us suggest you a specific solution, can you please share with us the name of your email service provider?

In the meanwhile, we recommend you to make sure that all the keys on your keyboard are functioning properly. If one or more keys are jammed or have stuck up, the keys that you hit may not display characters correctly on your login page. Also, make sure that the functional keys like Caps Lock and Nums Lock are On or Off only when required. To make sure that the keys on your keyboard are working fine, you can first try typing your email ID and password on a Notepad or Word Document and see if they come up correctly. If the keyboard is working fine, we suggest you to try typing your email ID and password slowly (if you have not done this already). Also, give special attention to characters like 2 or Z, 0 (zero) or O, 1 or I, 5 or S, 8 or B etc.

If one or more keys on the keyboard have become malfunctional, try logging in to your account through some other device (if you have not done this already) or consider using a different keyboard (if possible).

You can also try onscreen keyboard by press and hold the Windows key and hit the letter R. Type in OSK and hit enter. Try using the onscreen keyboard if the keyboard is not functioning correctly.

When key is depressed it adds a "dash" to type

Your machine has a mechanical part that is either just sticking or needs a small adjustment. The dash (or underscore in upper case) is the character that is preselected when typing. When you hit another character, the machine either adds units or takes them away to give you that specific character. Your machine is not resetting fast enough so it is giving you an extra cycle and that is why you get the dash. A trained IBM technician should be able to resolve this issue for you.

Facebook cannot log in..why?

You might have forgotten your password, or you might have CAPS-LOCK on or been holding a shift key while typing out a character. Check these and try keying in your password slowly and pay attention to each character as you type them out. This should certainly work.

My PSP joystick won't function when I press up. Every other direction is fine, but my character moves really slowly when I push forward.

You can try pushing it 360 degrees around this sometimes solves the problem, you can also try putting your fingernail under it in case there's a bit of dirt under it.

Have your hardware and its all recommended drivers installed properly? If so then you might have to contact the dealer as your system software might be under critical condition (as it seem from your problem that your system might be under the effect of viruses or the system directory and drive might be full or any other disk might be full.) If so then update your genuine antivirus and remove it. This might solve your problem.

If it only does it running on battery power, try adjusting your power saver option. You may also want to run a program like Malwarebytes (free) to make sure it isn't some spyware causing the problem. http://www.malwarebytes.org/
