Pictures unclear The pictures which I have taken are blurred and unclear. How can I get them clear. Does it have anything to do with the lens in front? How to adjust it?

1. Indoor photographs will not come out well unless there is good lighting in the room.

2. This camera has very old technology and is very cheap. It does not have auto focus. It can only focus to two positions: Macro for less that 6 feet and Distant for everything else. Use the focus ring at the front to switch between these two positions.

3. The camera is very slow in recording the image so you must hold it very steady while it takes the shot.

Good luck.

Blurred image on display panel itself

I already did answer this? But I forgot the point, If your lens is dirty (must be bad) you only can clean it with a special lens pen or a micro five cloth, if a special fluid is used. Never clean lenses with anything else, because the coating on the lens is easy damaged. When the coating is damaged, you never will get any clear pictures os videos.

I have a nikon 55-200mm lens for the D40X digital camera. The pictures I take are blurred. I use the auto settings. the 18-55mm lens works fine and there are no problems with the picture clarity. Is the...

One of a few things might be happening
1. Photos being taken at high zoom (i.e. 200mm) are susceptible to camera shake, even though the lens is focusing properly. The solution here is use a tripod, zoom out, or steady yourself.
2. Photos being taken without flash when flash should really be used will result in motion blur (which is slightly different than camera shake). This is due to the camera using a longer shutter speed to let more light in, with the side effect being that objects will move while the shutter is open, blurring the picture. The solution here is to use a flash, or take pictures in better light.
3. The camera may be focusing on something other than what you intended.
3. If you are taking photos in good light with a steady hand, and the camera is choosing the correct subject to focus on, then yes, the lens could need readjusted, though this is not a very likely scenario.
If the lens is "hunting" for focus, that could be a sign that something is amiss.
A local camera shop can verify the accuracy of focus for your lens.

Dear sir, pictures taken by it is unclear (canon EOS 500 Film cam

Hi Sanju,

I take it that you are using the same lens on the 500 all the time?? If that is the case then one of the interior lenses on the zoom lens are damaged. This, unfortunately, is not something you should tackle yourself. It is possible to open the lens up but you would probably not be able to buy the particular lens directly from the manufacturer and the risk of getting dust or moisture inside the zoom lens is quite high. Personally I'd take it along to a decent camera shop and ask them to give you a repair estimate so you can decide if it's worth fixing or as cheap to just replace it. Lens prices have come down a bit in the last few years so it's possible the repair and replacement would cost the same..

Hope this helps!!

My camera is showing blurred pictures when taking pictures help

Try reseting all menus to default, then try again to test.
Make sure the lens is clean.
Do the menus appear clear?
Has the camera ever been dropped or had any other damage? This could get the lens out of focus, and would need repair.
Does blurring happen when zooming or when taking a picture of any kind?

Unclear picture

If the flash is turned off, it will hold the lens open longer.
That's what was causing my pictures to appear blurry.

Even if the subject is way to far away for the flash to be any effect, turning it on made the shutter snap faster and the pictures were clear.

Hope that help :)

Blurred Picture in the shooting mode

one of the possible cause of the said problem can be a defective or broken flex ribbion cable carrying signal to the focus motor. the replacement of the flex will solve the problem. othe may be friction in the focus assembly. cleaning of the same will do the job. but in both the cases you will need the help of repair shop.
