Question about Dell Latitude D830 Laptop Computer PC Notebook
Well it is quite a difficult problem and it includes luck here.
You need to download Hiren's Boot CD. To be specific one of the last versions. Bur the image on a CD and boot from that CD. Go to partition tools and look for Bootsect and Boot ice or Ranish partition magic. Rewrite the MBR.
You can use the BootFix Utility.
