Where is the starter on a 2007 Yukon

On the passenger side, two bolts to remove it. then pull it down and remove the two wires connected to it. If you don't have radio/nav codes, I wouldn't pull the battery off. You can still get it off, just watch the big wire, try not to ground it.

2007 Yukon Denali. If I sit in the car with the radio on for more than 30 minutes the battery will drain to the extent that the car will not start. I can leave the car for a week and it will start fine so...

I would have the battery tested first to be 100% that the battery isnt at fault. clean your terminals so the alternator can give it a good charge. One of the cells in the battery could be giving out.

Is replacing the battery in a 2007 Yukon as simpe as remove and replace or are there other more technical issuse involved? Will electronics return to memory settings or will I have to reset everything?

Your going to have to reset everything, Just make sure you turnoff your radio before disconnecting the battery. Leaving your radio on and disconnecting the battery will prompt you to enter a radio code to reactivate your radio. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to answer anymore questions you may have.

2007 gmc yukon navigation problems

Did you ever figure out this problem that you were having? I have an 07 Yukon and it sounds like the navigation is still on too when I shut it off. I haven't had the battery go dead on me yet, but I'm hoping that it doesn't happen too as I just purchased it. Let me know if you found anything out, I would greatly appreciate it!

Updating navagation map

There is an updated radio program from GM for this issue. Go to your dealer and have them look up and perform Bulletin #06-08-44-037. It is a software issue. Good Luck.
