Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I am assuming that your printer is Vista compatible and using USB. Should that be the case, then it may simply require that you update you Vista.
Additionally, Vista has some issues with USB ports. Microsoft has recognized this and has issued a patch/update here. It may also help if you could go to the PC's and the printer's manufacturer's website and download their latest drivers.
Should this be not sufficient to address your concern, pls post back with the make and model of your printer.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back as requested, how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
