Sounds like a control problem to me. Super cool button would be a bypass of the standard temperature control.

When thermostat turned up furnace ignites, heats and fan starts when plenum is up to temp. When thermostat is turned down flame goes off but fan continues to run.

If your furnace is relatively new, as in 10 years old or less, there should be a field adjustable 'cool down' cycle. On the circuit board there should be a dip switch or series of dip switches with 30, 60,90,120 indications. These numbers represent the length of time the relay on the circuit board allows the fan to run AFTER the thermostat satisfies. You may be able to adjust the time frame down one position from where its positioned now.

The second possibility, if the blower never shuts off at all is that the relay itself could be stuck in the closed position and keeping the fan on.

Overheating

do a full system flush on the radiator and engine and the lines to the heater. flush them out. also change the thermostat and the temp switch, the temp switch sensor is the one with only one wire on it with either a 11mm or 13mm head on it depending what one was fitted. after it is flushed reconnect the pipes add the water and antifreeze, when all clean in the system the water should come out clean. 50/50 water antifreeze should be used. leave the top off the header tank and run the engine with the heater on number one. keep squashing the pipes as the engine warms up to help get the air out and keep the header tank full to the top. when the fan kicks in to cool the rad turn off the engine and leave to cool down when cool top up to the line and put the cap back on. wile you are doing the bleeding you should see the temp go up. if the heat goes to or above a 100 and the fan does not come on then the fan switch or motor may need changing, thermostats last for around 5 years, temp switches can last up to 5 years temp switch for the fan can be around 3 to 8 years.

I have some problem with my AMANA BX20ML Model REFIGERATOR

You may have a bad condensor fan motor or paper may have gotten pulled under the fridge and jammed the fan blade. The energy switch will not help with cooling it only controls exterior moisture.

The refrigerator side will not stay cool. temp goes from 34-57 and back. Frezzer side ok and makes ice.. Its 4 years old with no problems before

Open the fridge and look at the top right corner. Hold down the little switch that turns the light off for about 10 -15 sec you should here a light humming sound like a little fan. If the sound is loud or there's no sound at all. It's the condenser fan motor. Which will just keep breaking down over and over again. for more info read my review.

I have a 8 years old window ac. It's working quite ok. I just want to know which mode is safer low cool or high cool when humidity is high but temp. is about 32-34 degree celcius. Technican advised me to...

Its not a mater of safety. Its only a matter of witch is best for you. If you want to maintain the temp then leave it on low temp. If you want to save money then you can switch it to power saver mode on high to bring the temp down. Hope this helps. Good luck.
