    thanks for your response.

i have memory selected to external for everything and all files are located to external.

i have tried formatting memory deleting contacts and msgs so it show lots of internal memory.

    still does it.

    what is the powercycle?

do i have to ring up for OTA?

*the message is INTERNAL OUT OF MEMORY' not

'out of internal memory' if that helps?

    thanks again

I have just came across this problem too. When I try to log onto Bebo or Ebay the phone closes down internet services and gives an error message "internal out of memory". The phone works ok with most websites but is not working with the sites mentioned. The phone has been working fine till now and I have priviously used these sites successfully

Your Viety should work fine browsing those sites, mine does. But you might want to check how you are managing your phone's memore, you might not be using your SD correctly, let me tell you what you need to do:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Phone Settings.
3.Scroll down and select Memory manager.
4.Scroll down and select Primary storage settings.
5.Select External memory, so that everithing you do on your phone uses the external memory space rather than the phone's own memory.
That way you will have access to more sites, i would also powercycle the phone and see if you have the correct WAP configurations as Access points, your service provider might be able to help you with that by sending you an OTA.

Powercycle is just to turn off and take out the battery for a cople of seconds, that reconfigueres your phones settings for optimal efficiency. For the OTA you can call your provider, but you might also be able to find help in your service provider's web site, make sure you only use their OTAs.

You may also find lots of information about the LG KU990 on this site www.KU990.co.uk ,

Can't access ebay

- I suggest you first clear browsing history. Clearing browsing history varies from the browser you are using:
If you are using Internet Explorer (go to Tools>Delete Browsing History)For Firefox( click on the Firefox tab> History>Clear Recent History)
- Restart the browser and try to access ebay again. If you can access other websites(google.com, yahoo.com, etc) but not ebay try to flush dns. Flushing dns will make the system recheck and refresh the DNS cache on your computer.
- Since the computer keeps address's of the websites you visit, it remembers the route and IP address of a specific website, if that changes and your computer still goes to the old route that's when you get a problem with opening the website, so the way to refresh your computer's DNS is to clear DNS cache.1. Go to Start then type CMD on the search box. 2. When the black screen appears(command prompt), type in ipconfig /flushdns then press Enter on the keyboard.
Restart your browser then try to access ebay.

Can't Access the Internet

send yourself an email with a web site link. Click the link in the body of the message, and hopefully a web browser application will open up and take you there.

also, from the desktop of the blackberry, press "alt' and 'select' (select on the jog dial). you will see a 'show all' option. The web browsing icon may be "hidden".
