Insert your windows PC and boot to the disk. When the install window comes up, select "restore" and this should rewrite the necessary files to your startup.

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: System32\DRIVERS\isapnp.sys

This usually occur when unexpectedly deleted or corrupted the files cause by a virus or a third party software. All you have to do is repair your OS using your installation CD(XP) and do not reformat your HDD. Reboot your PC using your XP follow the instruction needed then when it come to the Repair, Do Not Repair, or Don't do anything choose Repair and follow again the instruction.

Computer will not boot up.

Boot up your Windows XP on your drive.
Since you have been on that process I assume that you already know those things prior to this solution. I'll just continue the subject after it load all the drivers.

Solution:
1) After you get the "MENU" screen that has a selection of
  • Install XP press "Enter"
  • Press "R" to repair
  • Press "F3" to quit
Select to "Install XP"
2)After you will get a End User License Agreement (EULA), then Press "F8" to accept
3) Then another menu that was stated above. Then this is the time you select the REPAIR option

If you find this Solution helpful please Rank me.

Thank you.

regards,
