Epson Stylus Photo RX620 shows an error..."Service required,parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life.See your printers documentation"
The printer is unable to be used and it is only 3 years old. I consider this to be a lack of consumer care and a flagrant ignorance of Fair Trading.

Found suggestion: with printer turned off. hold down B&W button and stop button and then turn printer on. It's worked so far for me
