Re: yes my friend but still i need your help.
It would be better if you could some how take a backup of all the data first an then go for a system restore. But anyways just download the Bitdefender toatal security. It has 1month free trial and then run a scan.If you have anyother antispyware software you can use that also.Because spysweeper has no trial version. I'll be online at email@example.com so you can come there so that we can chat.

Assuming you mean it starts to load, then crashes and disappers. First ensure machine has been restarted. Then if that makes no difference use system restore to go back to a time when it last definitely worked. Without giving your operating system, cant give you instructions how to use system restore, you'll need to look that up. Its very simple and only takes a few minutes and will almost certainly allow IE to load.
before you do all this i suggest you try going to start and running system restore under start programs accessiories system tools - system restore and restore to a previous point when you were not having these problems... if that don't work try the next best thing
First uninstall Norton from your add remove programs in your controlpannel
Download the norton removal tool from there site Here Run the uninstall tool.. then uninstall any drivers that you have for your cd drive then try reinstalling the cd driver once you have everything working reinstall norton
Hope you have virus in your system Download a free antivirus program such as avast or avg , and update it and run a full system scan. For Internet explorer issue reset the internet explorer setting to default one.
If this is not resolved your problem , Format you hard disk.
Best you do the scan again first, if that does not help, then try the system restore (after backing up data). Should you have problems there as well, then there is only one option...format the HDD and reinstall the OS :(
Hope that helps..OH yes, and thank you very much for all the fixya ratings ..its really boosting my ratings :)

Yes it is a virus. do one thing do a system restrore. But take all the backup first because once you do a system restore it will restore you PC to earlier time and all the data will erased.to do a system restore go to start>programs>all accessories>system tools>system information.
If you don't want to do a system restore then just remove the firefox and run a virus scan.Kaspersky is waste use bit defender and spyysweeper both to remove all the viruses.
