Sometimes user gets unwanted messages from unknown people which distract the mind of the user. If you are one of them but don't know how to block then you just have to follow some simple steps.
1) Click at the top left on facebook page
2) Then search the name of the person you want to block.
3) Select the person you want to block.
4) Then click on the block option given on the right side.
5) In the last, click on confirm button.

Facebook does not maintain a list of those who have blocked you. The only way for you to really know if you are blocked is to send a message or respond to a user. If the message or response is met with a pop-up reading "you cannot contact this user", then consider yourself blocked.
....not sure what you mean forward.....if you mean like a regular email, you can't....you would have to copy and paste the message and place that and paste it to where ever you want someone to see the message...either private or on their page....do you know how to copy and paste ? if not...that would be another subject....lol....but let me know....if you can't......
Type their name into search bar at top of facebook page when their page pops up you will see a message button on the right click it and create your message you can also send private messages through chat.
