Question about RCA F36650 36" TV
First you need to find out if the problem is in the remote or the tv - just take all the remotes from that room and close the door, if the channels keep flipping then it's in the tv.
In that case the problem is either in the control panel of the tv - the button for the Channel Up is faulty or the processor has aged and has become unstable and malfunctions.
What you can do is to open the case, locate the control board and try to unplug it from the mainboard (or at least the CH up button). If after that it's still doing that then the tv has died, replacing the control processor will cost way more than the tv is worth.
