the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Canon xerox machine 3300

The primary indication is a corruption of printer files. There are two things to do:
1. Uninstall the photocopier software. Go into safe mode and to c:\windows\system32\ and delete a folder named spool. Then restart your computer and reinstall the software.
2. If the above step does not work, then you would have to format your hard disk and reinstall windows. This definitely would work.

Control panel touch screen of Photocopier RICHO MP 3500 not functioning on touching the points by fingers?

Many of the Ricoh MP3500's and similar models are having this problem. Ricoh has since changed vendors for those touch screens, but if you have a service contract or warranty on the copier you can probably get it replaced for free. Contact your local dealer, or if you don't have a service contract you can contact Ricoh directly and see what options they offer.

Canon NP 6030 photocopier is printing all black. Cannot rectify by altering shading setting. Appreciate any help to fix ASAP. warrengevans@tadaust.org.au

Hi
If it is solid black with no hint of an image in the backround, its an exposure lamp or exposure lamp fuse. Both are not user replaceable. To check, open the copyboard(lid over the glass) and push the print button. If you dont see the lamp come on under the glass it is most likely one of the 2 things mentionerd above.
