I hope you could provide the actual error message that you’re getting, model of your zoom modem and, internet provider so I could give a few tips that you could try; however if you prefer it via phone, you can perhaps call your internet provider to check if your settings are correct or for full assistance not just with the modem but with your pc as well (in case it is the one causing the problem) I've heard of a free phone support that you can try although, its available for US customer's only.
