Thank you for contacting FixYa with your printer inquiry.
59.xx is usually associated with a main motor startup error. A main motor error occurred.
X description: 0 = Motor error 1 = Motor startup error 2 = Motor rotation error

  1. Power cycle the printer by turning the printer off and then back on. Listen for motors.
  2. Open the printers back panel and remove the fuser. Check for paper jams then reseat.
  3. Check the toner cartridge and make sure nothing is hindering movement in the gear train.
  4. Check the main motors cable to make sure it's seated properly.
  5. If the error persists then replace the main motor.
Parts Info: See Motor Section.
RL1-1657-000CN - Main drive motor (M101) - Drives the tray 1 pickup roller, tray 2 pickup roller, and feed roller.

Before you go spending money, turn off the printer. Remove the toner cartridge. Replace it. Turn on the printer. This fault is usually associated with remanufactured toner. There is a bind in the cartridge causing the main motor to have difficulty turning.

HP 4015x and I get an insert black cartridge error. Not sure what I should be replacing on it or what to check on the printer.

Thank you for contacting FixYa with your printer inquiry.
This error is most common when your toner cartridge has reached it's end of life. Sometimes it will alternate with "This cartridge has reached a low threshold error" which indicates you can keep printing but need to order a new toner cartridge. See page 155 of your support manual for more on this error.
See page #117 of your user guide for toner installation instructions.
If you have installed a new toner cartridge and receive "Remove Shipping Lock Error" that means you have not removed the protective strip on page 118 step #5.
You can order new toner cartridge from HP PartSurfer or retail merchant where printer purchased. CC364-67902 Black print cartridge - Prints approximately 24,000 pages per cartridge CC364-67901 Black print cartridge - Prints approximately 10,000 pages per cartridge

I try update Firmware for Hp 4015n, but unsusscess. Now LCD display 6/6 A/F. pls, help me

I had the same problem with a 4015x. HP Support advised me to deinstall the additional paper tray and the toner and reapply the firmware update 3 times.
It sounded stupid to me but it worked!!!
Make sure to use usb connection and wait 30 min between progress.

1 st time - no paper tray, toner, wait 30 minutes
2 nd time - no paper tray, wait 30 minutes,
3 rd time - all together now, wait 30 minutes

I hope this will help you and others,

Have a network hp 4015x printer and for the life of me I can't stop it from wanting to print to tray one. I have installed the lastest firmware and driver from HP. Any ideas?

unless in your printer preferences it's set to tray 1 -(manual feed), the problem could be that a clip or something is broken in tray 2 - seen that many times.

I have a HP CLJ 4700dn printer which keeps on giving 49.2FCC

That error is a firmware error, you might try again to download and install the update, or try a new memory stick if you have additional memory installed.
