if you can receive calls in that state then it is likely to be a problem of data cable connecting main motherboard to that on which lcd is fixed. just substuite it. hope it will solve.

u shouldl keep the back up in the memory card and then install it !!!!! it similar to copying a setup file to the computer from a CD and then installing it
