Hello Dusty,

Sounds like your inverter was already having issues. Otherwise, the power port in your trailblazer is wired backwards (center contact should be positive, barrel or ring should be negative).

White smoke coming from tailpipe during cold start from chevy trailblazer 2005 ls

You need to determine if it is indeed smoke or steam. Water condenses in your exhaust when it cools off, when you start it in the morning that water will turn to steam. If it is smoke, it will linger around longer than steam. Coolant in combustion chamber (head gasket) is the most common cause for white smoke. Unless it's an older vehicle with a transmission vacuum modulator with a torn diaphragm, most likely coolant. You can confirm coolant by pulling spark plugs, they will have a crusty whitish/gray build up on the end.

What could be causing it to not start?

Black smoke indicates a fuel rich mixture and in all probability you are fuel flooding your engine. The black vortec box on top of your engine should not have had "gunk" in it. Possibility is that your air filter is completely plugged up. If you overheated when you blew your radiator you might have damaged your injectors . If it does not start, pull one of your spark plugs. If it's wet the engine is getting far too much fuel. Best bet is to have a mechanic have a quick look at it.

2004 trailblazer started smokeing out the tail pipe than it shut down why?

What color was the smoke? If it was white, you have water getting in the engine, if it is kind of black you are running rich (too much gas), if it is gray there is oil being burnt.

My mtd yard machine (leaf blower) started billowing white smoke. I shut it off and now it won't start again.

First check the oil level. If its overfilled correct it. Then remove the spark plug and turn the engine over. Replace the spark plug.
Start the engine. Use a prime ( squirt carb cleaner into carb) if you need to. It may start smoking again. Thats OK as long as you know there is oil in it and you dont hear any strange noises. Let the unit run for about 5-10 minutes and see if the smoke clears up. Once it quits smoking stop it and check the oil.

Make extension 220 volt cord for 220 volt welder

most 220v welders have a NEMA 10-50 plug or the NEMA 6-50 plug--the input /output ratings thru recepticle and thru plug are same-configuration of plug prongs are different( Grainger Catalogue shows simularities and differences) main difference is AC Horsepower Ratings are different, and that applies Only on equipment that uses 3 phase, not your welder.Use an Ohmmeter to touch unpowered wire connection under shroud at ground and plug prong, then red power connection to corresponding plug prong, and again to black connection and plug prong, mark them w/ felt pen w/ corresponding colors (Green, Black Red). Change out wire plug to fit into dryer or stove recepticle, or make an extention adapter plug witch fits stove recepticle and extends out thru floor to carport and goes to 10-50 recepticle-whereas ground green goes to W position (Center) Y is Black and goes to Y Black, X is Red and goes to X red and cap off the white neutral coming from plug -welders and hot water tanks do not return unused electrcity via the white neutral (return) wire--they use up what is available on demand in heating elements or in welders - the electromagnetic field.GET HELP DOING THIS, by someone who has knowledge, SKILLS and EXPERIECE. I have 1 welder fitted to go into dryer plug which has 14-30 recepticle, and i have 1 where i kill stove circuit at panel, unplug stove, plug in 14-50 plug which has a 10-50 recepticle on other end, plug in welder 10-50 -p, flip cicuit breaker switch to on-welder has full power range capacity. No oven in use while welder going--but probably wouldnt run it anyway if on different circuit.Any doubts whatsoever--anything not 100% clear--DO NOT DO THIS or any other Electrical Manipulations--have a licensed electrician stub in a secondary circuit breaker off your main if load is acceptible and have him wire in the recepticle which your plug will fit into---.

Looks like the plug started to burn. I am

If the plug started to melt, any electrician could change the plug. Sounds like the cause was a worn out recepticle though. When the blades in the recepticle lose their tension a lot of heat uilds up. This could cause a fire. I would have that recepticle checked/replaced also.

2003 trailblazer, engine is cutting out when the ac is turned on at idle

the most likely cause for an idle problem is that the throttle body has carbon buildup on it. Remove the box directly on top of the engine (two clamps and two 10mm bolts, one wiring clip) and clean the throttle body out with a old toothbrush and carb cleaner, then wipe it out once cleaned. when you first start it after cleaning it might take a little longer to start and smoke a little bit but that will go away quickly.
