Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
Hi, first of all you DO NOT need custom firmware to install themes onto your psp, you need a firmware 3.71 or later to do it. First of all go to a theme site E.G http://www.psp-themes.net/
select a theme you want and download it to your computer. then
connect your psp to your pc. open the psp files, go PSP, then
there should be a folder called THEME. copy the theme you
downloaded and viola. this is the folders in psp memory stick:
the theme file must be .ptf Hope this helps.

You can try to check this site: http://uk.youtube.com/user/kr2008 .please be advised though that you need a custom firmware in this case e.g. 3.90 m33-2 at least but it's well worth it.

SOURCE: how to download psp themes??
There are actually a lot of themes running around the internet now...just type in your search bar PSP themes. How, for the location of the themes, just put it in your themes folder on the memory card of your PSP>>ms0:\PSP\THEME (ms0: meaning the root directory of your memory card)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
