I have loaded jpeg files to my memory stick. It will not print off at the photo lab. Says no photos stored. Looks ok on the computer.

Open the photo in Windows Paint and try to print from there. You might also copy the files from your zip to the desktop first and then open the desktop version. Click on : File > Print and make sure all the printer settings are correct. Make sure you have the correct printer selected in the top box of the print window.Maybe something here will help you get it printed.

I have a problem that it does not appear my photos but recognize the usb

What kind of pictures are you saving? Ex:jpeg, digital images, etc
Also could be the excesive amount of using the usb's memory saving files, images, videos, etc,,deleting them and saving new ones back again.

My cruzer micro flash drive will not open

Have you tried opening up your files on another PC? Have you tried inserting it into a different USB drive in your PC? If so, and neither is fixing the problem, there is software you can get (I think about $20) that will help you retreive your files if they are crucial.

SanDisk Cruzer® Micro 2GB WON'T Download pictures

Try using Windows Explorer to copy them. I'll try to help you out.

When you plug the drive in and a window pops up, select "Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer". If they show up in the right pane as thumbnails, select View>Details from the menu at the top.

Left click the top picture, then scroll all the way down to the bottom. Press and hold the <Shift> key, then left click the last picture in the list. This should highlight all the files.

Right click on any of the pics, then go down to "Send to...". This opens several choices, but you probably should choose "My Documents". This will copy all of your pics into your My Documents folder.

Once you get them there you can move them to your My Pictures folder in much the same way.

Lexar Jumpdrive Secure II problem

the directory is corrupted.
when your computer accesses the drive, it knows some things, like how big it was.
but it does not know where the data is.
it does not see anything that tells it what is on the drive, thus the empty window.
not a serviceable unit if the mfg will not give you a fix it program.
sorry for the news.

if your HD cannot be detected anymore..then there would be 90% chance that your data's cannot be retrieve. however, if it is still functional as a secondary drive but the partition is damage..try using FileScanvenger to retrieve the data.
