SOME TIMES PANEL/SCREEN DISPLAYS ALL LIGHTS. SOME TIMES JUST GETS OFF.

WizTry unplugging unit for 24 hours then, retry. Unit may also have problem in standby circuit, have serviced

ApprenticeReprogram by turning off at power, press the set/demo then whilst still pressing set/demo plug unit back into power source and turn on power.....this resets microcomputer but you do lose all your preset details.
